We take great pride in our people

We are a community of healthcare professionals bringing the human component to the disability assessment process.

We are leaders in healthcare assessments

With 8+ years of experience and as the largest subcontractor in Government health assessments, our in-house team of 180+ healthcare professionals deliver a first-class service across the UK.

From Newcastle to Newquay, we’re delivering upwards of 6,000 assessments per month. And still growing.

How we work —

As a leading subcontractor in government health assessments, it is our job to conduct Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments on behalf of Independent Assessment Services (IAS).

Carried out by our community of experienced healthcare professionals, these independent assessments help the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to understand how a health condition or disability is affecting a claimant’s daily life. This ensures that the system is fair and that those who are most in need of help and support receive it.

Since 2013 we have worked closely with the DWP and IAS to ensure that we deliver the best possible service.

This excellent standard of service, delivered with respect and professionalism, is demonstrated by our 96% claimant satisfaction rate.

Our values shape the way we work
